Our Story
Salute started the way most good things do—quietly, over a home-cooked meal and a moment of “wait… why does this taste so much better in Italy?”
During the global shutdown, our founder, Felicia Marie, found herself rethinking just about everything—including what she was putting on her plate. Nearing forty (which we’ve decided is the new thirty, with better olive oil), she started noticing that her body was asking for a little more care and a lot less fast food. So she did what any Italian raised on love and leftovers would do: she went back to the basics. Real ingredients. Real meals. No drive-thrus.
Then came a summer in Italy that changed everything. Meals felt different there—lighter, slower, more… alive. She came home with a suitcase full of olive oil (yes, literally), and what started as a personal pantry makeover turned into a full-blown neighborhood obsession. Friends started asking, “Where’d you get this?” And just like that, Salute was born—part passion project, part love letter to her roots.
Now, we work with small Italian farms and artisans who still make food the old-school way—with their hands, their hearts, and absolutely no seed oils. We’re not here to overwhelm you with choices. Just the good stuff: honest olive oils, slow-simmered sauces, and a few pantry treasures that bring a little bit of Italy to your Tuesday night dinner.
At Salute, we know where our food comes from—and we think you should too. So go ahead, grab a bottle, pour generously, and taste what happens when food is made the way it’s supposed to be: with care, pride, and plenty of time.
Mission
At Salute our mission is to make clean eating simple, satisfying, and rooted in real tradition. We source honest, small-batch Italian products—free from seed oils, fillers, and the fake stuff—so you can enjoy food the way it was meant to be: nourishing, intentional, and full of soul.
