Felicia approaching her forties felt a shift in her well-being, prompting a meticulous review of her diet and the ingredients in her everyday purchases. She eliminated fast food—a staple during her bustling life in Los Angeles—and started crafting meals from scratch using only the freshest ingredients.

After spending a transformative summer in Italy following the pandemic, Felicia returned home struck by the stark contrast in how she felt after meals compared to American offerings. This realization sparked her passion for authentic Italian products. Initially importing these premium goods for personal use, their unmatched quality quickly garnered interest from friends and family, who clamored for these unique imports.
