This time-honored process begins with the careful selection of wooden barrels, crafted from cherry, oak, and juniper, each contributing distinct flavors to the maturing vinegar. Over the years, the vinegar is meticulously transferred between these barrels, creating a symphony of flavors that deepen and evolve with time.
